The organic extra virgin olive oil “Coratina” is fiery, spicy, tart and peppery. A very intense oil, suitable for pasta, salad, fish and bruschetta.
Medium-intensity fruitiness with great complexity, releasing hints of thistle, artichoke and green olive. The taste is medium-intensity and persistent, with a hint of bitterness that immediately turns into a very pleasant spicy sensation.

The University of Córdoba has shown that only oils with a high polyphenol content (250 mg/kg or more) have their full effect. Extra virgin olive oil contains about 10 times more polyphenols than refined olive oil.
